We aren't familiar with the area AT ALL, and only have a few days to look at houses, so we've got to find a realtor we can trust. Any recommendations?

call Russell Realtors in North Ridgeville and ask for Janet Sprecher. She sold me my house. Tell her Carrie sent you.
